Is There Any Relation Between Alpha 1 Anti-Trypsin Deficiency And Joints Pain?

I'm wondering if there's a connection between alpha 1 anti trypsin deficiency and joint/tendon pain and/or slow healing tendon injuries. I'm a zz lung affected alpha (currently 37 was 13 when I was diagnosed). My lung symptoms are much better since losing a LOT of weight but now I've got a tendon injury in my wrist that's just not healing. My doctor is at a loss for why.
