Is There Any Science Proven Relationship Between Vaccines And Ongoing

Is there any science proven relationship between vaccines and ongoing myoclonic spasms in babies? My six month old granddaughter is having MS and a chiropractor told my son today it was most probably from vaccines. I'm am not pleased with his irresponsible comments and want to reassure my son and daughter-in-law that vaccinations are the best thing they could be doing for their baby.
