Is There Any Side Effect From Novex Ds Tablets?

Doctor. ..I am Anuja having two children ..my age is 37..I have bleeding af gt adenomyotic changes in utraus. .ad have bucky utraus. .Every month I usually use Tranostat-MF tab fr bleeding but now fr last three months have heavy bleeding. So my doctor advise me to take Novex Ds fr two months...whether this tab courses any side effects ??? Wt gain or irregular periods or over bleeding after its use
