Is There Any Surgery To Lighten The Skin Color?

hello.. i am 20yrs old female. i am brown in color and its not even throughout my body. is there any surgery to even the skin color throughout my body or is there any surgery to change the color? like to become fair? everyone suggests its natural, why do you want to change the skin color. and many say that is not possible but now many have changed their skin color to white through surgeries and its not avaible anywhere on google saying whats the surgery and the procedure
