Is There Any Treatment For External Sentinal Tag Other Than Surgery?

hello sir, I am 22 years colg going student. I have developed a condition of external sentinal tag due to fissure. After consulting to my doc, I have made tremendous changes in my diet, and it helped me a lot. I wanted to know if there is any treatment availaible for the removal of "tag" except surgery?? And can fissures be cured permanently??
