Is There Any Treatment To Avoid Breast Growth?

my age is 18 and i've a large breast...... i feel like dying while others are teasing me........ always my friends use to tease and hurt me by commenting about my breast......... and guys use to look at me like something.... their eyes wil go on my breast only......... is there any treatment to avoid breast growth? if so,wil it cause any side effect? and s there any chances of breast cancer for having a large breast?
