Is There Any Treatment To Remove The Fluid From The Baby S Kidney?

I m 22 year old female. I m 19 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I just had my 20 week ultrasound. Doctor found small account of fluid in baby s right kidney. Doctor explained baby may have down syndrome. May we have future information about fluid in baby s right kidney. Is there any remedy or treatment to drain the fluid from baby s right kidney. Thank you Dr. Jain.
