Is there any way to mitigate the acute sensation of heart pounding while on modafinil? It's really distracting. The sensation feels like I am holding my breath and after a while you become really aware of your heart pounding in your chest. Though I have measured my pulse and it doesn't seem accelerated...I just feel my heart beating quite acutely
