Is There Any Way To Stimulate The Growth Of Ovaries?

Is there any way to stimulate the growth of ovaries? My daughter's ovaries are underdeveloped and her doctor worries this could impact her fertility when she seeks to get pregnant. Her FSH is quite high but her Estrdiaol (sp?) is low (22) Thank you.
