Is There Anything Over The Counter That Will Work As

Is there anything over the counter that will work as well as fioricet? I suffer from migraines and this seems to be the only thing that actually works. I do not have a dr at the due to no insurance and can not continue to go to the er as it only adds up in bills and ct scans show nothing wrong.
