Is There Chances That The Birth Control Pill Didn't Work?

Hi i have made the biggest mistake of my life i have been haveing unproteced sex with my partner but cheated and slept with someone else unprotected i did take the morning after pill 24hrs later but now i am pregnet, is there any chance the pills did not work..i want to keep the baby if it is my partners what can i do please help
