Is There Safe Way To Remove Injected Synthol In Biceps Without Causing Damage To Muscles?

Hi Doctor, my trainer injected me with synthol in both biceps and triceps 6 years ago and now I am not feeling comfortable and it is annoying me. Is there a safe way to remove it without severely damaging the muscles? I so regret trusting him as I didn't know the consequences. Thanks you
