Is There Still A Risk Of Pregnancy After Multiple Episodes Of Unprotected Sex, Emergency Pill Use, Unusual Bleeding, And Nausea?

I asked a question before, that two weeks ago me and my partner had unprotected sex, right afterwards I felt as if I was getting stabbed from my low abdominal after 14 hours later I took Morning After Pill (ELLA) but I didn't bothered showering. Four days later we had unprotected sex twice and morning I woke up to the pain it was as half intense as my period pain but it lasted 4 days, I didn't bled as I used to and last 2 days was only brown small bleeding which started with water like bright red. Five days after that at late night I started feeling nauseous, I don't usually throw up not at all but that day I did. My pregnancy test are coming negative even the sensitive ones but, then why did I threw up? I feel my body temp raising, feeling more kinky yet, nauseous time to time, after my bleeding was over we had unprotected sex again. I am afraid I can't get another pill, is there a pregnancy risk?
