Is There Surgery Turn Hair Colour To Grey Or Silver?

Hello, I am trying to achieve the opposite of what most individuals in society fear. That is, wanting to permanently change my hair color to grey or silver. I have a solid thick head of black hair except for the distinguished silver spot located on top near the front of my hairline. It is a patch about as big as a silver dollar and is also extremely fine and silver in color. Without permanent dye products which will only last as long as the new growth doesn't come in, is there a known surgery to turn hair grey or silver?
