Is Thick, Mucus-like Discharge 14 Days After A Third Fistulotomy Normal Healing Or A Sign Of Infection?

Hello. I hade my third fistulotomy for the same fistula 14 days ago. Fistula was 3mm in length. I also had a anal fissure right behind it. First 4-5 days i had no drainage or blood coming att all. Then day 6-9 some watery drainage in small amounts started to come. Then today i had a bowel movement without any pain but some pressure build up and i had some discharge that was very thick almsot like snot looking alike. What is this ? Is this normal or infection ? What should i do now ?
