Is Thickening Of The Central Endometrial Complex Showing In An Ultrasound Report A Serious Concern?

My ultrasound results , thickening of the central endometrial complex measuring 19.6 mm. Right ovary measuring 7.8x 7.5 x 9.3 cm tubular appearing complex structure at left ovary measuring 4.3x 2.7x 3.7cm. 7.8x 6.7 x 7.0 cm complex structure at right ovary increased in size from 5.3 cm.
