Is Third Nipple Growing Into Lump And Chest Pain Serious?

Hi I was born with a third nipple which was fine, but now 18 over the years i have noticed it growning into a lump almost like it was forming another boob under my left boob... Should I be concerned.... I had chest pains there a few times.. is there any other health problems i should be watching out for
