Is This Bleeding Post Coital Or Not?

i missed the microgynon pill 2 days in a row but still had sex during those 2 days. I am now suffering from some light bleeding but the bleeding is very dark and looks almost like old blood. could this be from missing the pill or due to having sex? i only finished my last period less than a week ago
