Is This Dosage Of Levothyroxine Safe To Treat Hashimoto S Disease?

I have thin and brittle nails. I m unable to grow them. And I also have thinking hair. Lots of mood swings. I am 68,female, and have Hoshimotos desease. I am taking 0.1mg of Levothyroxine. My question is whether I taking enough or there is something that could be the problem.
