Is This The Same Type Of Antibiotic As Levaquin? I

Is this the same type of antibiotic as Levaquin? I have a friend who has had major complications from Levaquin that sound just like the warning of side effects with Cipro? She just had rotator cuff surgery and is having major hip joint pain. I dont want to chance having the same issues.
