Is Throwing Up By An Infant Post Hitting The Head A Cause For Concern?

Hi, my daughter just hit her head (13 mos old) and immediately threw up (no more than a minute later). She just finished dinner, and may have gotten excited/upset when her brother knocked her down. Other than about a minute of crying and vomiting the one time about 5 minutes ago, she s already acting normally. Should I take her to urgent care?
