Is Tingling On Face And Tongue Related To The Cervical Spine Problems?

I have a prolapsed disc as C5/6 and degeneration at C7; I also have TMJ problems and the muscles in my neck are very tender. I have tingling in my face and tongue and a sensation of a lump in my throat; could the latter be related to the cervical spine problems?
