Is Tubal Ligation, Related With Dizziness And Indigestion?

I am 44 and had a Tuvalu ligation 3 months ago. I'm experiencing anxiety,dizziness,lightedheadedness,indigestion,chills,headaches and basically don't feel well. I have had 2 periods which were light and only lasted 3 days. Could this all be related to the tubal?
