Is Type-3 Piles Entirely Curable By Medicines Without Surgery?

good morning sir ...i am nani, 27 years old and single, and i am suffering from piles for the past 10 months. i went to doctor for last 9 months back. he told that its type-3 piles. is it possible to cure it by only with medicines wiht out operation.
and i found a small whitish thing in motion yesterday.its like gel to seem.
i want permanent cure. please suggest me what type of food i have to take. and also having digestion problem...
