Is Underdeveloped Nipples Concerning?

i'm a swimmer, so i know what fully developed boobs look like from the girls i have to see everyday in the locker room. and i definitely do not have nipples like them. my nipples still look the same as they did when i was little. I'm in college...is this normal?
