Is Undescended Testicles Curable?

Hi Doctor, I am 35yr old and had a problem of undescended testis. I got operated at the age of 6 to descend the testis. However one testis again ascended and I got operated for the same at the age of 7. Now I am married for 5 years and have found that I have sperm count of 0.1million per ml and also varicocele at grade I and II. I had been on medication for 4 months (Fertyl-M and Megamost). The count have not increased but the 2% sperm are active after 1/2 an hour and all are non motile.

Can this be treated??
