Is Unequal Size Of Testicles Dangerous?

good evening! i have something to ask! i'm 20 now! at the age of 14 i was made a surgery! varicocele! the right testicle was smaller then the left one! the surgery ended good! the right testicle turned to a normal size! but then i noticed that the left one stoppped growing! now it is as small as it was when i was 14! is it ok? cause the doctors used to check me, and they say nothing!
