Is Unprotected Sex Safe After Taking Postinor Pill?

hi doctor, i had unprotected sex since last 4 days. for the first day, i had postinor. then i took the other 12 hours later. then again i had unprotected sex. and i consumed another postinor(1st pill). in between the first pill and the second pill, i had unprotected sex again. then i had the other 12 hours later(2nd pill). is it safe to have unprotected sex in between first and the second pill?
