Is Urticaria ,related With Hives On Hips Region?

i thought i hade urticaria so i just have been taking antihisamins and now the "hive" on my hip is hard and painful and is bleeding a bit i have been putting rubbing alcohol and neosporin and a warm compress on the hive any answers as to what this may really be??
