Is Using Dermaroller With Mintop Forte Effective For Hair Loss Treatment?

Hi. I am 21 i had longs hair and i was having a massive hair fall so i need to cut them short now there is almost no hair fall but i have a lost hairs from sides so .I want to ask if it it benificial to use Dermaroller with Mintop forte 5% or there is a better solution so that i can regrow those hairs again ?
