Is Using Diltigesic And Zerodol MR Safe While Breastfeeding?

Hi I am a 27 year female and i am breastfeeding my 1 month old baby. I recently was experiencing anal fissures ... i had lot of pain and blood as well while passing motion. I consulted a doctor and he has suggested me Diltigesic (Diltiazem 2% gel) and Zerodol MR. I read through the packaging and it said that these are schedule H drugs. Can you please let me know if these are safe for me as ai am feeding my baby?
