Is Using Neo-Penotran Suppository During Pregnancy Safe For Baby?

Hi! I am 29 years old, 6 weeks pregnant. I have infection and my ob advised me to use neo-penotran suppository once at bed time. Is it safe for my baby? I am hesitant because i read its contraindications and it is not supposed to take during atleast 1st tri of pregnancy. What will i do instead?
