Is Vaginal Bleeding Linked To Binge Drinking? Last Night I

Is vaginal bleeding linked to binge drinking?
Last night I went out and drank a particularly large amount of alcohol than what I usually would, Im on the pill to cope with my irregular periods and took the tablet last night before going out however was sick several hours later during the night. This morning I have a serious hangover as well as light-medium flow. Is this normal or is there no connection? Thanks:) (there is a small possibility that my kidney and liver function has changed recently however being investigated)
