Is Vaginal Lubrication Possible Even Without Sexual Arousal?

I have a question regarding my fiance (she's 34). Following a couples massage at a resort in which she experienced some vaginal lubrication after her feet were rubbed (which alarmed me), she claimed that her body sometimes responds this way even if she is not sexually aroused in her mind. She claims that her body may respond this way to a nice scalp massage when she gets her hair washed at a salon, or even when she's had a particularly pleasurable meal (is this possible?!). She says she's a sensual person and that this wetness just happens sometimes when she feels good. Does this sound normal?
