Is Vagisil Effective For Itchy Rashes On Vulva?

I have an area on my vulva about 1 in long and 1/2 wide that is itchy and burning. I am 65 years old. This just appeared 2 days ago. I recently had a UTI which I took antibiotics for. I finished them about 8 days ago. I have been using Vagisil on this rash the last two days.
