Is Visit To Neurologist Needed For Treating Constant Headache?

my husband is suffering from severe headache since 6 months..should we see a neurologist in this regard? if not please suggest a suitable doctor. He is 25 years old, 5'9 inch height. Very often he gets headache which lasts for whole day. Kindly suggest some action. Thanks in advance.
