Is Vitiligo On Lips Completely Curable?

Hello Doctors, I am 25 year old I am also suffering with vitiligo on my lips. Before three years back I observed this, I consulted a dermatologist doctor she advised me a White Care lotion after applying that lotion my lips became to normal stage but it is not completely cure. If any climate change it coming again in the shape like bubbles on my lips and then it become white patches, I observed that it is not growing wherever the bubbles came that side only white patches coming. Recently I consulted a Ayurveda doctor through my friend he recommend me babchi oil and oxitich capsules. Is this vitiligo can completely curable and how much time it should take ? Which foods have to be avoid? Is those medicine are useful? Thank you.
