Is Wart On Foot Sole A Serious Issue?

hello, i have had a pink patch on my foot sole for the last 1-2 months. I ve seen one doctor before and she thought ı just had something similar to a wart. I had it on my leg 2 years ago when i was under sooo much stress. it disappeared 6 -7 months later. I saw a doctor then too and he also said it was not a serious thing but couldnt tell me what it was. I dont know if i should be concerned about it. its not itchy, not scaly, it just seems to get a bir transparent under the skin.
