Is White And Green Freckle On Chest After Sunburn Symptom Of Cancer?

I had a sever sunburn when i was 20 in iraq that left a freckle on my chest. I am now 25 and just got a sunburn with redness lasting 2 days so far. The freckle on my chest is white with a greenish looking center. My chest is still red at the moment and stings in spots. Isthat freckle cancer?
