Is White Discoloration At A Small Part Of The Penis A Medical Concern?

A small part of my penis skin has turned a bit white like its some sort of skin diesease but i have never had sex and it came out of no where, it doesnt hurt when i touch it im very worried tho can someone explain it to me or will it go away on its on?
