Is White Part In Nipple With Discharge And Scab After Popping Serious?

a few weeks ago a very small part of my nipple was white it then turned into what looked like a pimple so i popped it and a discharge came out and then a small hole appeared it then scabbed over and today the scab fell off and the hole looks larger and secretes a clear fluid if you squeeze it.... should i be worried?
