Is Yellowish Vaginal Discharge Normal After Taking Gyno Travogen?

I am 37+5 days pregnant and was given gyno travogen after a hvs test. Previously, I had none to little normal white discharges, now 2 days after using the gyno travogen I have yellow discharge.. Is this normal for the treatment? The white fluid from the medication already came out the next day after I used the gyno travogen.
