Is Zinc Oxide Based Cream Effective In Diaper Rash?

Looking for diaper rash zinc oxide creamy with aloe and vitamin E which I purchased when in Hawaii, with brilliant results for myself. Unfortunately I have finished this cream and am trying to locate source which will ship to Australia. Can you please help me with this request?
