It All Started With A Horrible Sore Throat Which Felt

It all started with a horrible sore throat which felt swollen and difficult to swallow. Two days later I developed body aches. I have been coughing, I'm wheezy, and more than likely have bronchitis (I get this a few times a year). My biggest concern is the back pain on my middle to lower back, in addition to minor body aches.
