It All Started With Some Chest Pain Then After Some

It all started with some chest pain then after some few month i couldnt sleep anymore the chest pain happens so often i get really uncomfortable when i lie down on my sides then i started having constipations and upper backpain, my hands also sometimes get really numb and shakky. i have this wierd feeling on my left chest skin. please i will be glad if someone gives some light to whats happening to me.
