It Appears As Though My Knuckles Are Bruised, Well Most

It appears as though my knuckles are bruised, well most of the joints in both my hands. It also looks as though the veins are very dark. theres no pain, just a tightness feeling when I bend my fingers. I can seem to find anything that would explain what this is.
