It Feels Like I Have Swallon Glands In My Throat

It feels like I have swallon glands in my throat and neck (toncils) due to clear drainage draining, going down my back of throat off and on for 2 days, when I take sudafed it gets thick and stuffy but when I take mucenix it runs down the back of throat. Once I spit out that my throat feels better until more mucus comes back!
