It Feels Like A Sinus Infection But I Only Have

It feels like a sinus infection but I only have a headache on the right side of my head. It starts above my eye socket down to my jaw line. My sinuses are not full and no sinus drainage other than what might occur in sleep. I'm not coughing up phlegm. The pain is sometimes sharp and my teeth ache. Some times my ear also aches but minimally. I've been taking OTC sinus medicine which helps. This has been going on since Christmas. I've been to the dentist and had a large filling done and am going back this week to get another cavity taken care of.
