It Has Been More Than 5 Days . I Am

It has been more than 5 days . I am not getting my periods. But I feel abdominal pains .. Cramps which happens during mensuration for some time everyday but periods are not happening.
Can you please suggest me some medicine for it?
Note: I always get my periods on time and regular . This is the first time it is happening
