It Has Been Taking Over 2 Years To Diagnose My

It has been taking over 2 years to diagnose my problem. I finally got a diagnosis love and enlarged liver and polyp on my gallbladder. I am controlling the gallbladder pain with amitriptyline. But what can I do about the enlarged liver. I do not know the cause because my doctor does not call me back. Is this serious enough to go to the emergency room?
